Tips on how to deal with stress



Every person is different and will have a unique way of dealing with stress. In these unusual times though, you may have noticed that techniques that would usually help you deal with stress no longer work as well, if at all. If you’re finding yourself in that position, please try some of these coping techniques suggested by the World Health Organisation.
