The Fortnite workout!

Sometimes (actually, quite regularly) I find myself watching the TV and thinking to myself, 'I wish that was me!' or ' I wish I could do that!'

Well, I've found the perfect combination! I can pretend I'm a character in a movie or a computer game, and do some exercise at the same time!

The exercise this week is a Fortnite themed one.

Why don't you have a go- it's actually quite difficult and I was so tired afterwards- but I felt great. Don't forget to make sure you drink plenty of water too. Remember- keeping hydrated will keep your brain working well, too.
