As the weather has really heated up this week, I thought we could spend some time thiknig about how to keep ourselves calm and cool. There are many yoga exercises for this online, and I've chosen a couple I think you'll like.
This is a really good calming and breathing exercise for younger children. It helps release tension and calm down when feeling stressed, frustrated or anxious.

This is better for the older children, but everyone can have a go.
Learn how to raise your energy levels and face the day. This is especially goof to do first thing in the morning!
