WARM UP
PLAY the DRUM to Incy Winsy Spider
Find something that you can play as a drum.
You could use a table top with both your hands, or tap a bucket/tupperware with a wooden spoon.
At the end of every line, tap your drum.
So, for example,
Incy Wincy spider climbed up the water spout – TAP
Down came the rain and was he the spider out - TAP
Out came the sunshine and dried up all the rain - TAP
And the icy windy spider climbed up the spout again - TAP

SING and do the ACTIONS.
LOTS of WORMS
Join in with the actions. Keep your actions in time with the music.
DO YOUR ACTIONS REPEATEDLY throughout the song.
V1 Worms - put your hands together and do a wriggly worm movement.
V2 Dig - pretend you are holding a spade and dig a hole.
V3 Fishing Pole. Pretend you are holding a fishing rod with both hands, bring your hands to your shoulder and then move both hands forward, as thought you are throwing out your fishing line.
